Terry's Story

Individual results may vary.

I USED TO THINK:

Pills alone weren't giving me the control I needed, but still, I wouldn't consider adding insulin as my doctor suggested. I thought taking it would interfere with my daily routine, even little things like walking the dog.

NOW I THINK:

My blood sugar control is a lot better. Adding insulin to my diabetes treatment plan, which includes diet and exercise, did that for me in just a few months.

My doctor even wrote "Wow!" on my latest A1C lab results. And the needle's so small and thin, injections really don't bother me anymore.

MY ADVICE:

If your blood sugar's not under control, don't wait. Talk to your doctor to find out whether insulin is right for you. The sooner you ask your doctor about adding insulin, the sooner you can start getting control.
